NAOC Board Member
1933 Model Year Advisor

Fred retired as NAOC Webmaster on August 1, 2008, turning it over to Wendy. Under Fred's guidance, the website had 19,963 visitors and became the most common way for new members to join.We owe Fred a great deal of thanks for his dedication and hard work in starting up the NAOC website. Thanks, Fred!

I am 76 years old and have been in the NAOC since its inception in 1981. I am member number 148. Over the years I served two terms on the board of Directors, two terms as president and two tems as vice president.

I wrote  a Restoration Hot Line monthly column for te years.

My interests in life besides autique auto restoration include photography and music. I donate several of my senic photographs each year to our local PBS television station for the purpose of raising funds for the stations operation. In music, I am a hacker on piano, trumpet and spinet organ.

I was married to my wife Dorothy in 1955 and we have three sons and one daughter. Dorothy shares my interests in the old car hobby.

She tolerates my photography and music interests. I usually pound on the paino for about an hour each day when possible.

Although I no longer own an Oldsmobile or any other antique cars I still intend to continue to my association with NAOC in whatever aspect that I can be useful in.
